Stansted Fluid Power offer an extensive range of tube, nipples, fittings and adapters to suit high pressure applications. Standard material for our principal high pressure range, to suit Ø1/4", Ø3/8" & Ø9/16" tube sizes, is cold drawn '300' series stainless steel. Principal high pressure ranges are all rated to 60,000 psi (4000 bar) while special high pressure series to suit Ø5/16" & Ø3/16" tube sizes offer pressure ranges of 150,000 psi (10,000 bar) and 200,000 psi (14,000 bar) respectively, with suitable materials. Alternative materials and special adapters can also be supplied for special applications.
For systems subject to severe pressure cycling autofrettaged tube is also available.
